You did a great job at the interview and now you've landed your dream role. Starting a new job can be both exciting and nerve-wracking, but don't worry, we have some handy tips to help you to beat those first day jitters...

1. Smile!

A genuine smile and a strong handshake will always help you to make a good first impression. Remember to make eye contact too!

2. Look the Part
People associate being well-groomed with efficiency and reliability, so it’s important present yourself well. 

3. Listen More Than You Speak
The first day on a job is all about listening and absorbing information, so take lots of notes!

4. Ask for Help
No one expects you to perform miracles your first day. If you’re unsure of how to complete a task, ask!
