Based in Doha, Qatar, our client is a ground breaking new sanctuary for wellness and treatment of behavioural disorders. A state of the art purpose built facility which includes 127 residential rooms together with clinics and over 50 individual and group treatment / therapy rooms.

We are looking to recruit an Organisational Development Lead

Job Summary:

  • Lead the development and implementation of key Organization Development initiatives including but not limited to corporate governance, organization design, corporate culture, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, team building, and work/life balance
  • Design and oversee the implementation of fundamental aspects of people management frameworks and overarching guiding principles. Ensuring the human element of strategy articulation and execution is adequately attended to.
  • Oversee the development and standardization of corporate policies and procedures thereby enhancing the corporate governance across the Organization.
  • Facilitate the implementation of service planning and activation requirements for the naufar project leading to commencement of operations and thereafter using adequate project and change management tools and techniques to ensure an efficient and effective transition and further service development
  • As part of the Corporate Services team, collaborate and support other corporate initiatives related to Corporate Planning, Excellence (Quality & Performance), Corporate Communication and strategic Legal Support as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and facilitate for the executive management on key issues that contribute to Organization Development particularly in the areas of corporate governance, organization design, corporate culture, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, team building, and work/life balance
  • Support and facilitate the development of the Human Resources Strategy and function (including the recruitment strategy, employee retention strategy, human capital development strategies including training) and ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy and in close coordination with the HR team
  • Coordinate and support the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures which enhance corporate governance and corporate performance and are in line with organizational objectives
  • To design and deliver specific OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Corporate ambition to be a high performing organisation; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of service planning and activation requirements for the naufar project leading to commencement of operations
  • Facilitate continuously further service planning, activation and transition requirements for further service development and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Drive the development of initiatives to create a suitable corporate culture for naufar which engenders performance, diversity, work-life balance which fosters employee engagement.
  • Collaborate on and support other corporate initiatives related to Corporate Planning, Excellence (Quality & Performance), Corporate Communication and strategic Legal Support as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Post graduate degree such as MSc, MBA or PGD
  • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE II is desirable.
  • Professional certification from relevant institutions such as CIPD, HRCI will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience of working as a management/organizational consultant in client service environment
  • 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in management role
  • Excellent knowledge of strategy development and application of strategic planning processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Organization's operations including projects and initiatives
  • Very Good knowledge of strategic HR and its linkage to overall organisation strategy
  • Excellent knowledge of leading practices in project management and organization development practices
  • Good understanding of consultation and facilitation process
  • Knowledge and experience in GCC/Qatar organizations
