We are recruiting for a passionate Administrator for our client based in London.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collate data and assist with preparation for all aspects within the business
  • Running several meetings, this will include arranging any relevant documentation, producing agendas and minutes.
  • General admission tasks
  • Data entry
  • Document management
  • Using various internal systems
  • Dealing with client's enquiries
  • Handling emails/calls
  • Taking messages and passing on the relevant information
  • Greeting new and old clients
  • Supporting relevant teams within the business
  • Reception duties
  • First pint of contact to all visitors and staff
  • Produce weekly excel reports

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Well organised
  • Great communication skills
  • IT ability, including word and excel
  • Able to follow thorough instructions and complete high-level tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
