My client based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Bid Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting bid managers and providing admin support to the team
  • Preparing all bid proposal material
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Liaising with project teams & subcontractors in ensuring timetable deadlines are met
  • Quality assuring tenders and supporting all team members with any ad hoc projects as and when required

Skills:

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced pressured environment
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Advanced IT skills.
