    Construction Manager – Pre Cast Concrete

    We are now recruiting for our client, a specialist contractor who are a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures.

    They have an exciting opportunity for an Construction Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for the practical management, planning and delivery of every stage of a construction project. Ensuring building projects are completed safely, within budget and on time, whilst maintaining excellent standards. As a construction manager, you will oversee schedules of work and delegate tasks to your team to ensure that each phase of a build goes to plan.

    This role requires the ability to travel and stay away. You will be predominantly site based for the duration of the project, with the requirement to attend our Head Office when necessary.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Valid SMSTS & First Aid
    • Previous experience as a Construction Manager
    • Experience working with Pre- Cast Concrete structures is advantageous but not essential.
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Excellent communication skills with all levels
    • Highly motivated, always looking for improvements and efficient ways of working
    • Can work at pace, when required and strives to meet deadlines
