Customer Service/Administrator

Our client has an extensive network of global distributors specialising in distributing premium waters, coconut waters and other soft drinks to many establishments in London.

We are looking for a Customer Service/Administrator to assist our client in the office.

Job Summary:

To process customer orders in the morning and pro-actively communicating with customers in the afternoon.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • processing sales orders
  • creating and sending invoices for goods dispatched
  • assisting with accounts
  • various administrative tasks

Customer Service:

  • Calling customers to enquire as to customer experience (how delivery was)
  • Notifying customers of amendments to delivery requests /shortages/delays and alternatives
  • Customer engagement: "How can we make your customer experience better?"
  • Calling offices to introduce/inform of current specials and make notes of desired items we could supply.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Have a good attention to detail, processing large amounts of data correctly
  • Have the ability to organise their own workload
  • Have knowledge of using Sage 50
  • Regularly smile
  • Comfortable in communicating with customers over the phone

This is a great opportunity to gain some experience in a growing business, where you will be exposed to learning about retail, wholesale, logistics and distribution. All within a small and friendly team.
