We are recruiting for a passionate Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients based in London.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of queries - email and telephone
  • Respond to all customer enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Will be the first point of contact
  • Responsible for administration
  • Building relationships with staff and customers with a friendly and positive approach
  • Full ownership of investigating and resolving queries
  • Liaising with the companies approved suppliers and contractors
  • Enquiries to be resolved at a high level of satisfaction
  • Ensure proper use of the company's systems and processes
  • Ensure department service quality commitments are met

Skills & Requirements:

  • A great personality and customer service skills
  • Experience with telephones
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate to develop your career within the company
  • Can work under pressure
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Supportive to work colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills & able to use initiative
