    Design Manager

    Construction Design Manager
    Are you a seasoned Construction Design Manager looking for a new role within the residential design and build sector? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional projects.

    Our client is a leading main contractor with a reputation for quality and innovation. They are committed to creating beautiful and functional homes that exceed expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for residential projects
    • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
    • Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control
    • Resolving design and construction issues effectively
    • Providing leadership and mentorship to the project team

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction design management
    • Proven track record of delivering successful residential projects
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    What We Offer

    • Salary range: £70k – £80k
