    Estimator – Ground Works

    Estimator – Freelance

    Our client, a Ground Works and Civils sub contractor, is on the look out for an experienced Freelance Estimator.

    Job Role:

    • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for Ground Works.
    • Putting together quotes for project tenders
    • Writing up a full schedule of materials and works
    • Analyse project plans and specifications to determine material, labour, and equipment requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and cost fluctuations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating for Ground Works sub-contractors.
    • Proven ability to produce detailed and accurate cost estimates.
    • In-depth understanding of Ground Works & Civil Engineering methods and materials.
    • Proficiency in estimating software.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
