    Contracts Support Administrator

    Location: West Drayton, Middlesex

    Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 DOE

    Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

    Our client is a leading construction company seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate meetings and projects.
    • Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports.
    • Handle correspondence and maintain records.
    • Support project management team.
    • Collaborate with colleagues.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in administration, preferably in construction.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
