My client based in the heart of the city of London is looking for an exceptional Office Manager, ideally from a construction background. You will be an experienced office manager with ability to manage the day to day running of a busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all of the sub contractors
  • Dealing with all of the accounts processing invoices and expenses
  • Recruiting staff and training
  • Dealing with contracts and offer letter
  • Health and safety in the office

Essential Requirements:

  • Experienced in using Sage Line 50
  • Dealing with payroll
  • Confident in dealing with all areas of office management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ablility to work in a fast paced pressured environment and be able to deal with all issues that may arise

Pay scale is £40,000 - £45,000
