We are recruiting for a Professional Services Consultant.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Professional Services Consultant who is fluent in both English and Dutch to support delivery requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the business incorporating more demanding responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT security team providing support to service owners and operations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation relevant to the project
  • Have an overview of project admin including reports, metrics and timesheets
  • Assist with the integration of the ASP
  • Manage upgrades of the ASP alongside monitoring client's deployment
  • Provide guidance with reviews and upcoming changes
  • Contribute towards the planning and platforms executions
  • Implement policies relating to customer services within the ASP platform

Requirements and Skills:

Please note - not all experience needed in order to be suitable for the role.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with new and evolving technology
  • Conflict management experience
  • Remaining calm under pressure with the ability to put a client at ease
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at various different levels
  • Wide understanding of key technology sectors including, but not limited to, PKI, IP addressing and Clustering.
  • Scripting experience
  • Platform experience including windows and Linux
  • Ability to research and learn up and coming products
  • Product specific training provided
