    Project Manager

    Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They have live projects all across London and are able to offer services within some of the following areas: Groundworks, cut & carve, demolition, diamond drilling, and temporary works.

    They are now on the lookout for a Construction Project Manager for one of their upcoming projects based in Victoria.

    Salary: Competitive package on offer for the right individual.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project
    • Cut & Carve Project experience – essential
    • Concrete & Steel installation
    • Professional qualifications
    • Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders
    • Fully competent in H&S.
    • CSCS Black Card is desirable
    • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
    • Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes and reports.
