My client based in High Wycombe is looking for an experienced Projects Administrator to join their friendly, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting pre-sales with compiling proposals, supplier pricing, tender returns and presentations using Excel and Power Point presentations.
  • Liaising with procurement, ensuring project timesheets, costs, variations and budgets are collated and reported to the management on a regular basis.
  • Supporting all project managers with administrative tasks and travel arrangements, supporting divisional directors.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Focused enthusiastic individual with ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a team goal of successful project delivery.
  • Strong IT skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Understanding of project scheduling and Gantt charts beneficial.
  • Flexible, adaptable approach to working.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
