We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director will be instrumental in helping to meet the ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, in Europe. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve financial targets. The position reports to the VP of WW Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives for Europe
  • Maintain and grow current customer relationships
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate this back into the business headquarters in San Francisco
  • Oversee all hiring and development
  • Manage and fully leverage current sales engineering resource

Skills and Requirements

  • Located either in the UK or Germany
  • 10+ years' experience selling directly to large enterprises
  • 3+ years sales management experience
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive level responsibilities over time
  • Information security background a must with mobile experience a plus
  • Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
  • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners
  • Proven ability to open doors within large enterprise by leveraging rolodex and prospecting
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and position them against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship selling and building deep customer trust
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
