    Rust Engineer

    Your Role

    As a Rust Software Engineer, you will:

    • Design, develop, and optimize robust backend systems using Rust.
    • Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
    • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices for security and performance.

    About You

    • Experience: Strong background in software engineering, with a focus on backend development and experience using Rust.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization.
    • Skills: Proficient in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
    • Mindset: Passionate about clean, maintainable code and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Bonus Points: Experience with WebAssembly, blockchain, or data-intensive applications.
    • Must speak C1/C2 German & English
