Our client is a well established company within the construction and design industry looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis.

Job summary:

The role would include supporting the business development manager and CEO with marketing and sales tasks. They are looking for a motivated individual with experience working in Sales Administration. You must be motivated, proactive and efficient with excellent attention to detail, whilst working towards deadlines calmly and confidently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business Development Manager & CEO as required.
  • Tele sales and cold calling.
  • Contacting potential clients and creating relationships.
  • Preparation of presentations and pre tender questionnaires.
  • Updating of website.
  • Social media messaging implementation.
  • Marketing strategy implementation.
  • Diary management, phone management, reporting and arranging meetings.
  • Communication with clients - receiving and processing feedback
  • Updating and developing the business development system

Skills and Requirements:

  • Telecom sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and maintaining.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills, namely; Word, Project and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask.
