    Scaffolding Contracts Manager

    Our client is a specialist Logistics provider who supply a wide range of support services to the Construction Industry.

    Due to a busy outlook for 2023, they are now looking to take on a key hire.

    They are actively recruiting for a Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful person will be required to be self-driven with previous experience in supervising on high profile and complex scaffolding projects. You will need the ability to successfully manage staff, programmes of work, method statements and risk assessments.

    This position will be based 60% in office and 40% site based.

    Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.

    Salary range is £60,000 – £65,000 per annum for the right individual.

    Criteria:

    • Relevant experience in Contracts Managing in a competitive environment and in delivering high-level and complex projects.
    • Relevant Scaffolding qualifications along with a valid CSCS card
    • Plant ticket – desirable
    • Knowledge of construction site health and safety and industry best practice
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Products including Excel and Word
    • Effectively able to self-manage and manage a workforce
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Driving license – essential
    • Working references required
