My client based in Sevenoaks is looking for a Senior Employer's Agent/Project Manager to join their growing team.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Significant experience of employer's agent / project management and delivering residential projects principally working hands on for public and private sector clients.
  • Understanding of construction cost and value.
  • Strength in business development, demonstrating success in repeat business from existing clients and the development of new clients.
  • A thorough understanding of the Employer's Agent role pre and post contract.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of procurement approaches including S106 development agreements.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of construction and associated technical matters including CDM.
  • Understanding of current and innovative procurement routes including joint venture management, value management and value engineering; particularly in a residential context.
  • Good working knowledge of project management tools and techniques, relevant construction contracts and experience in programme management.
  • Experience of fully understanding and managing the financial aspects of a project and keeping the client up to date at all times.
  • Ability to travel to projects based across London & the South East.
  • Experienced in Residential; public & private sectors Mixed use developments Regeneration Land led & JV
  • Leadership skills in coordinating multi-disciplined teams
  • Procurement Strategy
  • Team spirited
  • Proactive, excellent client facing skills
  • Programme management - Microsoft Office software
