Our client is an award-winning practice based in central London. They work on a wide range of fascinating projects at a variety of scales. They place a lot of emphasis on research and aim to set new standards with everything they do. Their staff - currently around 100 architects and designers - speak 22 languages and bring expertise from around the world.

They have a reputation for designing high quality office buildings and interiors. They are design leaders in the fields of workplace, higher education, residential, cinemas and urban master planning.

They are looking for talented and imaginative Mid-weight/Senior interior designer or interior-architect to join the team, who share their passion for design to join their lively team. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To take lead on a mixed range of projects from concept through to completion
  • Attend client meetings and present ideas effectively
  • Work to deadlines in line with project programmes
  • On-site liaison with client, consultants and contractors

Skills and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' UK experience, predominantly in the workplace sector.
  • A relevant interior design or architecture degree
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as an integral part of the team
  • Advanced level of AutoCAD, 3D modelling/visual rendering experience and good ability with Photoshop
  • Commercial workplace experience is a MUST.
  • Good level of understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E
  • Technical drawing, e.g. tender packages, schedules and specifications coordination with other consultants, site liaison
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to lead and mentor other staff members
  • Must have UK work experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • MUST have creative experience
  • Experience of Running Projects
  • Experience and knowledge of presentations in front of client
