About the Role

  • Working on roles within the Technical recruitment space - including, but not limited to, Architecture, Construction and Engineering.
  • Screening candidates to understand what they are looking for in a new role
  • Proactively head-hunting for the highest quality candidates whilst also taking advantage of the company data base and extensive Job Board access we provide.
  • Developing new business relationships with clients by mapping the market and using effective sales techniques and consistently networking to maintain existing relationships.
  • Working to achieve your own personal targets
  • You will also focus on developing and maintaining relationships with candidates within your network through regular, consultative communication

What we are looking for in a candidate

  • Extensive knowledge of Technical Sector roles and requirements
  • Proven contract experience
  • A track record of high billing performance
  • Naturally competitive with a hunger for success
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive with the ability to multi-task
  • Resilient and articulate
  • Professional (appearance and language)
  • Ability to self-manage and take direction when given
  • Interest to work with a high achieving team
