Our client is looking for a driven Service Administrator Coordinator join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day office management and coordination of all maintenance
  • Keep records of the reports and documents
  • Answer any incoming calls and emails regarding specific enquiries and job bookings while maintaining high level of personalised customer service at all times
  • Responsible for any queries with clients and client's representatives
  • Coordinate and Deal with in-house engineers as well as approved subcontractors regarding any work distribution
  • Provide general assistance to the Service Manager

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and be smart in appearance
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in technical services environment.
  • Have an ability to deal professionally with customers and colleagues and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with an initiative in a busy environment.
