Our client is looking for a driven Technical Customer Services Executive join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally deal with customer enquiries / complaints in a timely manner either via call/email.
  • Ensure all enquiries are thorough, logged and documented.
  • Analyse complaint data and the root cause for reoccurring issues.
  • Ensure all enquiries will be closed in a timely manner
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is attained and maintained.
  • Identify and escalate to the Technical Managers once needed.
  • Contribute to the continual development and improvement of the system
  • Provide information for reports required for the management
  • Maintain records of communication both internal and external
  • Ensure timely production of reports and data as appropriate.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with an initiative in a busy environment.
  • Strong skills in Math and English
  • Strong attention to detail with a customer service focused approach.
  • Must be excellent in English both verbal and written.
