Construction Division does Mental Health Training Courses
As part of our personal and professional development and our commitment to health and well-being, having staff take part in Mental Health training was an easy decision.
Our Construction Division has taken part in Mental Health First Aider training and Managing Mental Health Training In the Workplace Course delivered by Lighthouse Charity. We place importance on this initiative as it not only supports each staff member’s mental health but also helps to recognise and be aware of those around them, whether it be in the workplace or in their personal life; being aware of those might be struggling mentally is an advantage. Additionally, and importantly, the course provides our staff to add value to our operatives, being able to support our operatives when it comes to mental health is vital.
