    I’ve always been passionate about people, and that’s ultimately what led me into IT recruitment. Working in both in-house and agency roles has given me a broad perspective on the industry and taught me how to create a recruitment experience that’s honest, supportive, and genuinely useful. I really enjoy helping supporting people in their professional journeys, helping them find not just a new job, but the right next step in their career.
    My strong communication skills and empathetic approach allow me to build genuine relationships with candidates, creating a positive and collaborative recruitment experience for everyone involved.

    Outside of work: You’ll usually find me outdoors — going on long walks with my dog, hiking, or skating whenever I get the chance.
