    Staff Engineer

    Staff Engineer – Remote

    Our client is a global tech company looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to design and build scalable, high-performance services and applications. This role involves leading technical initiatives, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability, and aligning development efforts with business goals.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Design and develop scalable microservices and APIs
    • Ensure security, performance, and reliability of applications
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams
    • Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring
    • Mentor senior developers and drive high-impact code reviews

    What You Bring

    • 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture
    • Strong expertise in backend services, APIs, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred)
    • Knowledge of frontend frameworks and system integrations
    • Experience with secure development practices and databases
    • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with GraphQL, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
    • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
