Tomasz has extensive recruiting experience from scaling high-volume operations to coaching leaders and fixing broken hiring processes across industries like e-commerce, FMCG, construction, and rail. He is passionate about mentorship and is a Certified International Trainer and Professional Coach.
Oleksandr is the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Poland Global Service Centre at HSBC, which recruits 1200-1600 candidates each year across IT, Finance, Risk Analytics, Audit and Change Management. Oleksandr brings 11 years of diverse recruitment experience including supporting clients in the engineering and banking spaces.
Urszula heads up Talent Acquistion at Capgemini, with rich experience in leading high-volume recruitment strategies and designing and implementing HR processes and operating models across SSC, BPO, and consulting environments. She is currently developing AI-powered recruitment solutions and training programs.
