Greg has 18+ years in software development and 12+ years leading and scaling global engineering teams. He has driven growth from 10 to 100+ engineers while building scalable, mission-critical products in Fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and more. With experience at Cisco, HSBC, ABB, startups, and entrepreneurship, Greg is strategic, tech-savvy, and people-centric. He excels at fostering strong engineering cultures, ensuring psychological safety, and delivering innovative SaaS solutions using modern architectures like microservices and distributed systems.
Katarzyna is the Director of Platform Engineering at FedEx Dataworks Poland with over 20 years of experience in IT. She specialises in building and running Agile development teams in various industries: logistics, finance and banking, sports betting, hospitality and supply chain. Before entering the leadership path, she worked for many years as a software developer. Katarzyna is a strong advocate of setting the standards for engineering excellence and promoting best practices. Flexible in approach, she successfully combines corporate and start-up experience.
Michal is a technology leader with almost twenty years of experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning his career as a software developer, Michal initially focused on individual contribution before discovering the value of teamwork and leadership. For the past decade, he has specialised in building and developing high-performing teams, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to grow and improve. Michal is an advocate for engineering excellence and continuous learning, combining experience from both corporate and start-up environments to drive meaningful change.
Tomasz is the General Manager of the Polish engineering hub at Evoke, a global software company, and author of “Executive Agile” and co-author of “The LIGHT BOOK.” With over 15 years in IT, he began as a Java Engineer and led one of Poland’s first online banking systems, later focusing on Agile transformations. Tomasz also lectures at the University of Science and Technology, is an Advisory Board Member at Jagiellonian University, and regularly speaks at leading global IT conferences.
Jakub has 15+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving large-scale technology initiatives. With a strong background in Python/Django, DevOps, and SaaS product development, Jakub combines deep technical expertise with business-oriented leadership. Now a GenAI consultant and trainer, he focuses on leveraging AI to accelerate digital transformation, sharing his knowledge through training and thought leadership.
Marta is a software developer with 14 years of experience, currently working as a hands-on CTO at AccoladePro, a small B2B startup in the fitness space. Marta started her career at Motorola Solutions where she was exposed to different technologies and models of software development. From there she went to work as a backend, cloud and integration engineer in startups such as SignalFx (bought by Splunk) and Layer.ai.
