    With over 8 years experience in technology recruitment, I’m dedicated to building diverse, high-performing teams and inclusive communities across Europe. My passion for DEIB goes beyond women in tech, embracing intersectionality across LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, racial equity, and other underrepresented groups. I’ve spoken at events such as DevOpsCon and WeAreDevelopers, and continue to grow communities that educate, empower, and drive lasting change in the industry.

    Sarah Moritz

    Assistant to VP Services & Solutions, CX & Care at MediaMarktSaturn

    Originally from the U.S. and now based in Germany, Sarah Moritz leads initiatives at MediaMarktSaturn that foster inclusion, community, and growth. She founded the company’s LGBTQIA+ network, PRIDE@MMS, and previously worked in DEIB at Ballard Spahr LLP, supporting seven ERGs and firmwide programmes. A breast cancer survivor and LGBTQIA+ advocate, Sarah is driven by allyship and storytelling, creating spaces where people feel seen, valued and empowered. With integrity, empathy, and resilience, she champions belonging and visibility for underrepresented voices.

    Ibtehal is a talent strategist and storyteller who helps companies hire smarter, faster and more inclusively. She has transformed recruitment functions by scaling teams in high-growth environments and embedding DEIB into every stage of hiring. Partnering with leaders, she builds recruitment operations that are data-driven yet human-centred. Beyond corporate work, Ibtehal coaches women in business to grow their visibility, influence, and brand—especially on LinkedIn.
