Meet our Panelists:

Greg Jaworek

VP of Software Engineering at Trackforce

Greg has 18+ years in software development and 12+ years leading and scaling global engineering teams. He has driven growth from 10 to 100+ engineers while building scalable, mission-critical products in Fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and more. With experience at Cisco, HSBC, ABB, startups, entrepreneurship and now at Trackforce, Greg is strategic, tech-savvy, and people-centric. He excels at fostering strong engineering cultures, ensuring psychological safety, and delivering innovative SaaS solutions using modern architectures like microservices and distributed systems.

Katarzyna Bukowska

Director of Engineering at FedEx Dataworks

Katarzyna is the Director of Platform Engineering at FedEx Dataworks Poland with over 20 years of experience in IT. She specialises in building and running Agile development teams in various industries: logistics, finance and banking, sports betting, hospitality and supply chain. Before entering the leadership path, she worked for many years as a software developer. Katarzyna is a strong advocate of setting the standards for engineering excellence and promoting best practices. Flexible in approach, she successfully combines corporate and start-up experience.

Lukasz Domoradzki

Senior Director at GE Healthcare

Lukasz is an IT leader with 15+ years of experience in driving change within large organisations. Since 2013, he has led IT delivery centres and tech hubs in roles at UPM-Kymmene, Epam, Stefanini, and GE HealthCare (since 2020). Known for his skills in collaboration and partnership-building, he focuses on improving service delivery and fostering continuous improvement. As a mentor, Lukasz has helped many professionals reskill and grow, making a strong impact on tech ecosystems.

Tomasz Manugiewicz

General Manager at evoke, Author and Keynote Speaker

Tomasz is the General Manager of the Polish engineering hub at evoke, a global software company, and author of “Executive Agile” and co-author of “The LIGHT BOOK.” With over 15 years in IT, he began as a Java Engineer and led one of Poland’s first online banking systems, later focusing on Agile transformations. Tomasz also lectures at the University of Science and Technology, is an Advisory Board Member at Jagiellonian University, and regularly speaks at leading global IT conferences.

Damian Tworzydlo

Head of IT Development at j-labs

With over 13 years of experience in software delivery and now the head of IT development at j-labs, Damian helps organisations achieve excellence through effective leadership, process optimisation, and a strong focus on delivering value. He thrives in dynamic environments where technology meets people and excels in building teams that perform, adapt and continuously improve. Damian is always connected to sports, bringing the same discipline, teamwork and competitive spirit from the field into his professional life.

Krystyna Pietrzykowska

Head of Technology Center at Hitachi Energy

Krystyna is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of management experience in international companies. As Head of the Technology Center at Hitachi Energy, she also serves as a Company Transformation Advisor, Crisis Coach & Mentor. Starting as a software developer, she has spent 16+ years building and leading IT teams. Her expertise in crisis management and leadership development has made her a trusted advisor across the USA, Europe, and Asia. A strong advocate for employee-focused company culture, Krystyna specialises in high-efficiency teams and growth-oriented leadership. She also drives initiatives supporting diversity in tech and future skills development for students and teachers.

Magda Rabiej

Head of IT Development at Google

Magda started her career as a programmer in a small startup and currently leads the Poland-based Cluster Management team at Google and is also a Site Lead for Google Kraków. Previously Magda worked at Motorola Solutions for many years. Honing her technical and leadership skills by working first as a programmer, then as a technical leader of a development team and finally as a manager of large interdisciplinary teams. Enthusiastic of the idea of teams’ self-organisation and processes simplification, she strives to build cooperation based on trust.
