Michal is an advocate for engineering excellence and continuous learning, combining experience from both corporate and start-up environments to drive meaningful change.
Krystyna is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of management experience in international companies. As Head of the Technology Center at Hitachi Energy, she also serves as a Company Transformation Advisor, Crisis Coach & Mentor. Starting as a software developer, she has spent 16+ years building and leading IT teams. Her expertise in crisis management and leadership development has made her a trusted advisor across the USA, Europe, and Asia. A strong advocate for employee-focused company culture, Krystyna specialises in high-efficiency teams and growth-oriented leadership. She also drives initiatives supporting diversity in tech and future skills development for students and teachers.
Greg has 18+ years in software development and 12+ years leading and scaling global engineering teams. He has driven growth from 10 to 100+ engineers while building scalable, mission-critical products in Fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and more. With experience at Cisco, HSBC, ABB, startups, and entrepreneurship, Greg is strategic, tech-savvy, and people-centric. He excels at fostering strong engineering cultures, ensuring psychological safety, and delivering innovative SaaS solutions using modern architectures like microservices and distributed systems.
Katarzyna is the Director of Platform Engineering at FedEx Dataworks Poland with over 20 years of experience in IT. She specialises in building and running Agile development teams in various industries: logistics, finance and banking, sports betting, hospitality and supply chain. Before entering the leadership path, she worked for many years as a software developer. Katarzyna is a strong advocate of setting the standards for engineering excellence and promoting best practices. Flexible in approach, she successfully combines corporate and start-up experience.
With over 13 years of experience in software delivery and now the head of IT development at j-labs, Damian helps organisations achieve excellence through effective leadership, process optimisation, and a strong focus on delivering value. He thrives in dynamic environments where technology meets people and excels in building teams that perform, adapt and continuously improve. Damian is always connected to sports, bringing the same discipline, teamwork and competitive spirit from the field into his professional life.
Magda started her career as a programmer in a small startup and currently leads the Poland-based Cluster Management team at Google and is also a Site Lead for Google Kraków. Previously Magda worked at Motorola Solutions for many years. Honing her technical and leadership skills by working first as a programmer, then as a technical leader of a development team and finally as a manager of large interdisciplinary teams. Enthusiastic of the idea of teams’ self-organisation and processes simplification, she strives to build cooperation based on trust.
