    Our client is a global tech company undergoing an exciting transformation, looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join their growing team in Poland.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation roles
    • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework for test automation
    • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
    • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend services
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines
    • Experience working with version control systems (Git)
    • Ability to write clear, maintainable, and scalable automated tests
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using Python and Robot Framework
    • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
    • Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and edge cases early
    • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent test execution across environments
    • Analyze test results, report defects with clear reproduction steps, and track issues through resolution
    • Improve and maintain existing automation frameworks, test data, and test environments
    • Lead QA best practices, standards, and processes across the team
    • Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, performance, and reliability
