    Our client is a global tech company undergoing an exciting transformation, looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join their growing team in Poland.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation roles
    • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver
    • Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar
    • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
    • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend services
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines
    • Experience with version control systems (Git)
    • Ability to design maintainable, scalable, and reliable automation solutions
    • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium
    • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC
    • Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and potential risks early
    • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution across environments
    • Execute and support manual testing when needed, especially for exploratory and edge-case validation
    • Analyze test results, report defects with clear root-cause analysis, and track them through resolution
    • Continuously improve test automation frameworks, tooling, and test coverage
    • Lead QA best practices, standards, and quality metrics within the team
    • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to a culture of quality
