Jaroslav HolĂ˝ is a Full-Stack Tech Executive and VR/AI pioneer with 20 years of experience architecting disruptive IT solutions. As Founder of Oasis Meta Games, he has designed proprietary VR and AI frameworks (including the OMG Engine and Omega System) and built AWS-based infrastructures for global clients such as O2 and Somnium Space. Combining hands-on technical depth with strategic vision, he specialises in the full software development lifecycle and translating emerging technologies into real-world business impact.
Before founding Oasis Meta Games, Jaroslav led large-scale digital transformation initiatives as Head of BI & Analytics at Philip Morris and Head of Advanced Analytics at 4finance, managing teams across 13 international markets. A published author and keynote speaker, his work on AI and virtual ecosystems has been featured by CNN, VICE, and Deutsche Welle.
Kateřina Lesch is a data and AI leader with a strong academic background in mathematics, computer science, and natural language processing. She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague, where her doctoral research focused on automated methods for emotion analysis in text using NLP techniques.
Professionally, Kateřina has worked extensively with unstructured data, analytics, and applied AI across both consulting and enterprise environments. Her career includes roles at Ataccama, Deloitte, and the PPF Group, where she led AI and data teams working on advanced analytics and data-driven solutions. She currently serves as Group AI Manager at the pharmacy chain Dr. Max. Alongside her industry work, she mentors through Femme Palette, supporting professionals in building careers in technology and data.
Marek Braun is Head of Applied AI at Betsys, where he focuses on delivering practical, scalable artificial intelligence solutions. With more than a decade of engineering experience, he is known for his pragmatic, execution-driven approach to building complex systems and delivering measurable results. Previously Head of Engineering, Marek led the rapid growth of his organisation’s technical team, scaling it from 12 to more than 110 engineers while maintaining a strong focus on product delivery and engineering culture.
A specialist in scalable architectures and full-stack development, Marek is a strong advocate for hands-on engineering and practical AI implementation over hype-driven experimentation. Beyond his work in applied AI, he is an avid chess player and has a keen interest in the technical and economic dynamics of cryptocurrency systems and prediction markets.
Sarantis Kyritsis is a technology leader who combines the strategic perspective of a Director of Engineering with the technical depth of a Principal Architect. Currently at Mastercard, he leads engineering initiatives across architecture, delivery, and organisational development, helping teams scale complex platforms while improving resilience, performance, and business impact across the EMEA region.
His career spans enterprise platforms, real-time systems, cloud architecture, and engineering transformation. Sarantis has worked across corporate leadership roles, startup environments, and research-driven innovation, including serving as a startup CTO and leading product development in fast-growth settings. His work in applied technology and real-time systems has received international recognition, and he was awarded Mastercard’s 2025 People Leadership Award for his impact on both team development and organisational outcomes.
Michal leads AI development at ValkaAI, drawing on technical expertise built during his time as Head of AI at O2, one of CEE’s largest telco operators. With over a decade of experience in data and AI, he specializes in real-time processing, deep learning, and scalable AI infrastructure. Combining high-level engineering with executive oversight, he focuses on architecting production-ready neural networks and optimizing distributed computing environments for enterprise-grade performance. His work centers on bridging the gap between complex algorithmic research and robust, high-impact business applications.
Prior to ValkaAI, Michal steered large-scale digital innovation as a lead architect within the telecommunications sector, managing high-performance teams to deploy predictive analytics and automated systems across regional markets. A recognized voice in the CEE tech ecosystem, he has been instrumental in defining how legacy industries transition toward AI-first operations. His career is defined by a commitment to building resilient, scalable technology that translates emerging data science into measurable operational growth.
Honza is an AI leader and practitioner who has spent his career at the intersection of technology strategy and hands-on execution. He has built and scaled AI, data and engineering teams, mentored tech founders through Google for Startups, and advised organisations ranging from global enterprises to early-stage startups. Today, Honza is leading the AI transformation of Vodafone Czech Republic, working on the questions that matter most as AI moves from experiment to infrastructure — how to deploy it safely, govern it meaningfully, and make it actually useful at scale. He has a habit of asking the uncomfortable questions first — and working backwards from there.
