    We are currently recruiting for a client of ours who is in need of a Working Site Manager for projects based across London.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing on site labour
    • Coordinating deliveries, site logistics and scaffolding
    • Jumping on the tools when required
    • Driving programmes and coordinating subcontractors
    • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times

    Requirements / Experience:

    • Valid Black CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid
    • Proven experience managing internal and external high end restoration projects
    • Strong knowledge of construction and high end refurbishment
    • Ability to liaise effectively with clients and subcontractors
    • A trade background as a joiner, bricklayer, decorator or stonemasonry is preferred but not essential

    This is a temporary to permanent position, with the goal to hire within the next few weeks.
