    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Design & Build Fit-Out Contractor specialising in Cat A & Cat B commercial office fit-out and interior refurbishment projects across London.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile workplace and commercial interior projects from pre-construction through to project completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Upload, issue and control drawings, specifications, RFIs, technical submissions and project correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate document control systems and ensure all revisions are distributed correctly.
    • Coordinate drawing registers and ensure project teams are working from the latest information.
    • Support Project Managers, Design Managers and Commercial Teams with document management.
    • Prepare and maintain document trackers, registers and filing systems.
    • Assist with project handover documentation, including O&M manuals.
    • Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors regarding project documentation.
    • Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards.
    • Provide administrative support to project teams where required.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Document Controller within Construction, Design & Build or Commercial Interior Fit-Out.
    • Experience working on Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects would be highly advantageous.
    • Strong understanding of construction documentation and drawing management.
    • Experience using document control systems such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore, FieldView or SharePoint.
    • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple live projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams, consultants and clients.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
