    As a Resourcing Consultant, I support the Construction division by sourcing and qualifying site managers, supervisors and skilled trades professionals aligned to high-specification environments where quality and precision are essential.

    My focus is on candidate engagement, compliance and maintaining a responsive, project-ready talent pipeline aligned to contractor requirements and mobilisation timelines.

    Working closely with consultants and clients, I help ensure workforce availability supports programme delivery across active schemes.
