Senior Data Analyst – HR Analytics & Agentic AI

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong Business Intelligence, data analytics and HR domain expertise to help turn business needs into fast, flexible, data-driven solutions.

The role will focus on HR analytics and agentic AI, leveraging technologies such as Joule Work to enable smarter, more automated and self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate HR and business requirements into data analysis, insights and actionable solutions.
• Develop BI and analytics solutions supporting HR, workforce and organizational topics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with HR, business and technology teams to respond quickly to analytical demands.
• Explore and implement agentic analytics and AI-powered solutions, including use cases with Joule Work.
• Apply data science and advanced analytical techniques where appropriate.
• Improve analytics processes through automation, reusable solutions and AI.
• Ensure analytical outputs are reliable, meaningful and aligned with business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong HR domain knowledge, including understanding of HR processes, workforce data and organizational structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements.
• Experience translating business questions into data-driven insights and solutions.
• Good understanding of data modelling, data quality and analytical methodologies.
• Experience with BI/data analytics tools and technologies.
• Interest or experience in Generative AI, agentic AI and AI-powered analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP and understanding of SAP as a company, including its organizational structures and business processes.
• Experience with data science, predictive analytics or advanced analytics.
• Exposure to Joule Work or agentic AI.
• Experience in large, complex international organizations.
