    Repton Boxing

There’s plenty of evidence that taking part in physical activity can have a profound and positive impact on mental wellbeing. Being physically active can improve mood, decrease the chance of depression and anxiety and lead to a better and more balanced lifestyle.

    Boxing Bootcamp

At Cavendish Professionals, we make mental health a well-being a priority for all . The team took part in a boxing Bootcamp hosted by one of Repton Boxing Clubs’ finest trainers Michael Coveley. They were pushed to their limits and got to experience training in such a historic venue. We truly believe that sports can positively impact your mental health and create an environment for people to feel supported.

The importance of sport for young people

During our teams boxing session at the famous Repton Boxing Club led by Michael Coveley, Amy Harris spoke with Tara Crossan from Powerday about why they choose to support boxing and the importance they put on sporting participation in London communities. Powerday supports London Boxing and has funded successful programmes of money-raising initiatives which have led to improved facilities, additional equipment, and the creation of new bespoke facilities.
