    Wellness Overview

    Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness

    We have scheduled yoga sessions which have become a staple in our wellness program, offering employees a chance to unwind, stretch, and relax. To complement our yoga sessions, we introduced guided meditation classes. Led by experienced instructor Nick Stolerman, our meditation classes encourage participants to explore techniques that help calm the mind and foster a sense of inner peace.

    Recognising the benefits of spending time outdoors, we organised wellness walks around our local area such as St Paul’s and Finsbury Gardens. These walks not only promote physical activity but also provide a refreshing break from the workday and a chance to have a chat with the team.

    Our team also took part in a CPR training with British Heart Foundation, we understand the importance of ensuring to be prepared for this situation and saving lives one step at a time.

    Sporting Activities and Friendly competition

     To encourage friendly competition, we organised tennis matches matches at Paddington Recreational Ground – shoutout to Tom, Evgenia, Tom, Niklas, Colleen, Francis, John Joe, and Agata for recently going out to battle on court! This activity not only promotes physical fitness but also fosters friendship and connections.

    Wellness Breakfast

    Whilst we understood the importance of nutrition in wellness, we hosted wellness breakfasts which included a buffet of fruit, pastries, and savoury items. These events provided employees with the opportunity to enjoy healthy and fulfilling meals together.

    At Cavendish Professionals, our commitment to employee wellness is ongoing. The activities we’ve introduced have not only improved the physical and mental well-being of our employees but have also strengthened our workplace community.  As we move forward, we look forward to your further developing our wellness initiatives.
