    Have you got a great new idea that you would like to take to your boss but are unsure how to approach them? Apart from bringing your them a nice cup of coffee, here are some handy tips that can help get your new ideas approved!

    Step 1. Research your idea

    Step 4. Organise a meeting

    Avoid walking into your manager’s office for a quick chat every time you have a new idea. Instead, request a formal meeting so that you will have enough time to discuss your plan.

    Step 5. Be confident
