    Construction Manager

    There is now an opening for a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to oversee a high-end interior fit-out project in Central London.

    Our client is a prominent player in the construction industry, specialising in delivering exceptional interior fit-out solutions of the highest quality for prestigious projects.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from conception to completion in Central London.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Supervise and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on high-end interior fit-out projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
    • Strong background in Carpentry/Joinery is advantageous.
    • Leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.

    Qualifications:

    • SMSTS
    • First Aid
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
    • Previous experience managing high-end interior fit-out projects in a leadership capacity.
