Our client is a fast-growing climate technology startup focused on accelerating the renewable energy transition, currently looking for a Customer Success & Growth Manager to join their team in Berlin, Germany.
This is a first hire within Customer Success, offering full ownership of the customer experience and the opportunity to build and shape the function from the ground up. You will work closely with product, customers, and leadership to ensure strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Product roles (ideally within SaaS or startup environments).
· Comfortable building processes and structures from scratch as an early hire.
· Strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
· Experience working with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms.
· Interest in climate technology and the energy sector.
· German language skills at C1/C2 level required.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Take end-to-end ownership of customer relationships across the full lifecycle.
· Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing support requests and incoming enquiries.
· Lead onboarding sessions, update meetings, feedback calls, and product demonstrations.
· Collect, analyse, and translate customer feedback into product and business improvements.
· Build and maintain a scalable product knowledge hub including FAQs, tutorials, and video resources.
· Develop processes and tools to automate and improve customer care operations.
· Support growth and marketing initiatives including blog content, LinkedIn activity, webinars, and events.
