Fullstack JS & Python Engineer

Our client is an innovative company in the renewable energy sector, looking for a Fullstack Python & JavaScript Engineer to join their growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical leadership in a fast-moving environment, building features that improve data accessibility and usability while directly contributing to the acceleration of clean energy development.

Skills & Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience developing modern web applications.
* Strong experience with Python and Django, alongside JavaScript or TypeScript.
* Experience building and shipping end-to-end features across the full stack.
* A product-oriented mindset, translating business requirements into high-impact solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Interest in working within a startup or scale-up environment.
* Clear communication skills in both English and German.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Build end-to-end features – Design, develop, deploy, and measure performance of features across the web application.
* Work with data-driven systems – Develop efficient solutions for processing, analysing, and visualising data using a modern tech stack.
* Collaborate across the team – Partner with engineers and technical leadership to solve complex technical challenges and enhance product functionality.
* Iterate and improve – Regularly present work, gather feedback, and refine solutions based on user and stakeholder input.
* Contribute beyond code – Share ideas to improve both the product and the organisation as a whole.
