    Our client is a global tech company undergoing an exciting transformation, looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join their growing team in Poland.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
    • Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role
    • Strong proficiency in C#, object-oriented design, and SOLID principles
    • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
    • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
    • Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
    • Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework / Dapper
    • Strong knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications using the .NET platform
    • Define and drive technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices across the team
    • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching
    • Oversee system performance, reliability, security, and scalability
    • Ensure high-quality deliverables through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools
    • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
    • Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies where appropriate
    • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
