    Multi-Agent Data Tech Lead

    We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Data Tech Lead / Architect to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is perfect for professionals with a hybrid skill set in software engineering and data science who are passionate about designing and delivering intelligent, AI-driven systems.

    As a thought leader, you will oversee operations, mentor and guide teams, and drive innovation in AI-powered applications. You will work at the cutting edge of data architecture, AI model orchestration, and automation, shaping the future of our AI initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and architecture of advanced data systems and AI solutions.
    • Coordinate and mentor teams of software engineers and data scientists.
    • Implement and manage agent orchestration using the Agentic Framework.
    • Evaluate and optimize system architectures for scalability and performance.
    • Contribute to ranking and reranking processes in AI models.
    • Conduct performance analysis of Python in large-scale applications.
    • Leverage tools like LangGraph and CrewAI for system orchestration.
    • Identify opportunities for AI replacement to enhance automation and efficiency.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Tech Lead, or similar senior role.
    • Strong proficiency in Python and the Agentic Framework.
    • Hands-on experience with LangGraph and CrewAI.
    • Solid understanding of agent orchestration and AI model evaluation.
    • Background in building and deploying real-world AI-driven applications.
    • Strong foundation in software development and scalable system design.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
