    The EMEA Demand Analytics PMO supports the regional execution of the BTM Demand Plan, with a strong focus on pipeline data analytics, performance insights and data-driven decision making. Approximately 70% of the role will be focused on analysing pipeline and demand data, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and translating data into clear and actionable insights for the Regional Demand Manager and Market Units Leaders.

    We are looking for a highly analytical, structured and proactive individual who enjoys working with data and is able to turn complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    1. Pipeline Data Analytics & Insights – Core Focus

    • Analyse pipeline creation, health and movements across Market Units, sales motions and Demand sources.
    • Build and maintain pipeline performance reporting, identifying trends, gaps, risks and opportunities.
    • Perform deep-dive analysis on pipeline coverage, growth, progression, conversion and quality.
    • Identify anomalies and performance gaps, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to the Regional Demand Manager.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business questions and Demand Management priorities.

    2.Demand Planning & Execution

    • Support the Regional Demand Manager with MU Monthly Demand Reviews and strategic presentations, providing relevant data and insights.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across recurring reporting.
    • Support the execution and tracking of Demand Programs and corrective actions.
    • Provide analysis to support the definition and prioritisation of Demand Programs.

    3. Alignment & Continuous Improvement

    • Support Market Units in adopting Demand Tools to better manage and drive pipeline.
    • Partner with local Demand Managers and MU PMOs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Share data-driven best practices across the organization.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve reporting and analytics.

    Requirements:

    Must Have:

    • Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills are mandatory.
    • Power BI knowledge and experience, particularly in dashboards, visualisation and reporting.
    • Strong ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, gaps, anomalies and performance drivers.
    • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
    • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and consistency.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality analysis within deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Fluency in English required.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with pipeline, sales or business performance data is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and the SAP ecosystem.
    • Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS and digital business models.
