    PTS Sentinel Dumper/Roller operators

    We are now recruiting for PTS Sentinel Dumper/Roller Operators to join our well-established clients on their new project based in London. Days, nights and weekend shifts available.

    Duration: 12 – 18 months

    Skills and Requirements:

    • CPCS or NPORS
    • PTS (Personal Track Safety)
    • In date NWR Medical
    • NWR Drug and Alcohol test with a negative result within the past 3 months, or be willing to have one.
    • Must have 2 checkable references
    • Proof of right to work in UK
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Projects are varied, and duties could include general groundworks, laying foundations, trough laying, walkway construction and building retaining walls. All roles are hands-on and involve working outside in all weather conditions.

    • Assists with adding or removing materials
    • Transports loose materials like gravel, rocks and sand
    • Responsible for the collection and dispose of refuse
    • Verifying the types of materials being transported and ensuring that they do not exceed weight restrictions.
    • Ensuring that the materials are loaded correctly onto the dump truck.
    • Greasing the dump truck every 5,000 miles.
    • Inspecting the dump truck before and after every trip, which includes checking the oil, gas and water levels as well as the lights and tires.
    • Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries or mechanical faults to management.
    • Performing regular maintenance to ensure that the truck is in good working order.
    • Maintaining accurate driver logs.
    • Complying with all safety rules and regulations.
