    Quantity Surveyor

    Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in High End Residential Fit-Out. Do you know your way around the supplier market?

    Our main contractor client is looking for Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This private housing project by the river requires an experienced QS who has experience building a project from the ground up.

    Earn up to £75,000. This contractor can also provide a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role.

    About the Role:

    • Join a dynamic team at a prestigious contracting firm.
    • Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project.
    • Utilize your 3+ years of experience in similar contracting environments.
    • Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.

    Qualifications:

    • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
    • Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.
    • Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
