    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our prestigious main contractor client’s team. This role involves working on a private riverside housing project, offering a unique chance to be part of a project from its inception.

    Here’s what you’ll bring:

    • A strong background in High-End Residential Fit-Out projects
    • Expertise in navigating the supplier market
    • Proven experience in quantity surveying for projects built from the ground up

    About the Role:

    • Utilize your 3+ years of experience in similar contracting environments.
    • Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.

    Qualifications:

    • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
    • Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.
    • Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
