    Quantity Surveyor

    There is now an exciting opportunity with one of our clients who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

    Our client is a well known Tier 1 contractor that specialises in intricate Cut & Carve projects as well as large RC Frame town centre re-developments.

    The priority project at the moment is a large refurbishment project in central London. It is a grade listed building being converted into High End residences and commercial units. They are looking for someone high end Design & Build experience.

    This is a permanent, full-time role, offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity to contribute to and thrive within this dynamic work environment.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
    • 2+ years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of contractor
    • Ideally previous experience working within the sectors listed above.
    • Quantity surveying experience within other sectors will also be considered.
    • Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
    • Working references – required
